Trust30 ~ Day 10 ~ I’m loving this challenge. It’s been very interesting to see what I end up writing about in each prompt. It’s getting close to halfway through – and I’m still going .

Your Personal Message

What is burning deep inside of you? If you could spread your personal message RIGHT NOW to 1 million people, what would you say?

Here’s the message I would like to spread:

You can do anything you want to….anything you put your mind to. You are more magnificent that you could ever imagine!

The voices in your head, the ego, truly want you to stay put right where you are, to be in your comfort zone and not grow.

We have a choice in how to BE in every situation. We cannot always control what happens to us or what Life throws our way, but we can control how we choose to respond and BE in every situation.

Awareness of Life is so key - this is something I believe with my entire being. When you cultivate Awareness, your life begins to shift in ways you cannot ever imagine. Stuff – your stuff or others’ stuff – doesn’t ruffle your feathers anymore. Your thoughts, habits, conditioning, beliefs, do not affect you anymore. You realize that you can choose, in any moment, how you want to show up in life. How nice is that?

Awareness does equal Freedom .
