You are Amazing….a Luminous Soul You Are!

Do you have any idea how amazing and powerful you are?

Have you ever thought about where you came from….the potential that lies within you……the luminous soul you are that is divine and waiting for you to notice?

If you really knew how powerful you are, would you be doing exactly what you are doing now? If not, what would you be doing? How would you be feeling? What would you be experiencing?

You are meant to experience immense joy. You are also meant to experience deep challenges. If you never experienced any challenges, how would you know what immense joy feels like?

I experienced the challenge of deep anxiety and an auto immune issue. I experienced deep dark times. Because of this, I also know what it feels like to experience the lighter times. How else would I know if I didn’t experience those dark times?

The first 28 years of my life I thought were pretty good. Now looking back, I know my life revolved around what my ego wanted….and that’s what I listened to. I thought I was really experiencing life…………..and I was to an extent. I was experiencing life through goggles…..big thick foggy goggles. When I decided that I wanted to find out more about anxiety and the auto immune issue I had because I had the desire within to heal, the goggles started to get less foggy and thinner. The more I empowered mySelf with knowledge and started practicing what I was learning, the goggles then transformed into a very thin, tiny pair of glasses.

And the more I chose with my heart, and not my head, the more invisible the glasses became, until one day, they were gone.

I chose to take action and steps to make life better. Something inside my being spoke to me and I listened. I took what I was given, learned about it, gave some things a try, noticed what happened, tried some more…….I put my attention where I wanted it and kept learning and growing even though at times it was very tough.

I started to step into my Luminous Self. Are you ready to take that step?
