What Do I Mean by Inner Body Energy?

The energy I’m talking about is not the energy that we exert physically on a daily basis.

I’m talking about the energy that is YOU – the energy that fuels your true being, your true Self! Feeling and getting in touch with this inner soul energy proves to us that we are more than our physical bodies; that there’s a part of us that is pure energy – energy that always was and can never be destroyed.

How do we begin to feel this energy?

If you stop and put all your attention on one part of your body, let’s say your right thumb for instance. Close your eyes and put all your attention on your thumb…go ahead, take a minute and just focus ALL your awareness and attention on your right thumb – I’m doing it right now too.

Did you feel anything? If you didn’t know your thumb was there, and your eyes were closed and your thumb wasn’t touching anything, how would you know that your thumb is there?

By it’s inner energy. Did you feel a warmth or tingling or coolness in your thumb when you brought all your awareness to it? That is the energy of the inner body and that’s the energy I’m talking about!

If you didn’t feel it, do this exercise daily, even a couple times daily and you will begin to feel that energy. When you really think about it, what is the driving force behind (or really within) your whole body? Did you ever think about that? Are we really just a bunch of bones and veins and muscles and blood just walking around?

There’s an intelligence within us and to me, it feels much deeper than just our brains.
