At VedaSun, my purpose is to empower you to become your own Anxiety Buster. I do that by gently guiding you to discover a new viewpoint about your anxiety. I also help you discover your higher Self that will become your ally in your anxiety busting journey.
I would love tell you a little bit about VedaSun.
The name, VedaSun, has great meaning to me. My husband actually helped design the logo. The lotus-like flower you see in the middle of the sun-like image is a doodle he drew one day and he showed it to me and I loved it. So I hired a graphic designer and he designed the logo around that image.
There is no coincidence that this name ended up becoming the name of my business. I knew I wanted ‘Veda’ in it because Veda means ‘knowledge’ in Sanskrit (and I am a huge fan of Ayurveda – ayur means ‘life’ and veda means ‘knowledge’). And I love the SUN – it’s the biggest star and is a source and giver of light – an amazing Luminary!

VedaSun is a sacred space for us to gather together and share our journey. Feel the energy and warm vibes of the sun as we inspire and support each other on our empowering journey of Self-discovery. This journey can be quite challenging, but what else could be more rewarding?
Why Did I Start VedaSun?
- I believe in the power of courageous gatherings….when we join together with beginner’s mind and non-judgment, miracles happen.
- I am passionate about helping other women bust through anxiety so they can fulfill their dreams.
- I want to impact others by helping them learn how to create a better life.

With awareness you bring more clarity and less clutter into your life. Along with this comes the awakening of who you truly are and what it is that makes you feel truly alive and vibrant.
What I bring to VedaSun is my own, unique life experiences and my ongoing inner journey.
I love sharing what has allowed me to go from anxiety to a place of peace and inner calm.
The most important thing I can do for myself, and thus for everyone, is to keep evolving and expanding my awareness. I hope you will join me on this journey of transformation.

My formal bio:
I graduated from The University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Fashion Merchandising. I worked in that industry for a few years and then went to school at The Learning Institute of the Beauty Sciences and graduated as a Licensed Cosmetologist. I worked as a hairstylist for 20 years, with the last 7 of those years being a salon owner as well. I have also studied some holistic therapies which lead me to become a Certified Reflexologist, Aromatherapy Consultant, Reiki Level 3 Practitioner and Acutonics Level 2 Practitioner. Now I am a Certified Professional Coach, and I help women bust through anxiety so they can wake up to their life and achieve what they want.
