VedaSun Vibes System Terms & Conditions

By participating in this program and posting your VedaSun Vibes affiliate links, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, and understand and agree with them.

1. Terms of Posting Links

By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose to legally advertise VedaSun.com to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals you referred through your affiliate link.

You agree to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property.

2. Termination of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (False or misleading claims and/or hyperlinks)
  • Spamming (unauthorized mass email or newsgroup posting, etc…)
  • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
  • Violation of intellectual property rights.
  • If you promote VedaSun in any way that is inappropriate or unethical
  • If you violate any of these terms and conditions

3. Affiliate Tracking and Links

The VedaSun Vibes System is powered by e-Junkie. When an individual clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in that individual’s browser that contains your affiliate code. Every affiliate-eligible product that buyer purchases will earn you a commission from that seller during the life of that cookie which is 6 months.

You may use graphic and text links both in online locations (i.e. web sites, blogs, social media such as Facebook and Twitter, e-newsletters) as well as in emails.

4. Terms of the agreement

These terms will begin upon your signup with the VedaSun Vibes System and will end when your account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be changed by us at any time. If any change to these terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your VedaSun Vibes account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

5. Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files/information, and any results of ‘attempting to manipulate’ the program or our website, regardless of cause or fault. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the VedaSun Vibes System and/or products sold on VedaSun.com. We make no claim that the operation of the VedaSun Vibes System and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.ors.
