Have you ever been at home, had the radio on and one of your favorite songs came on and you couldn’t help yourself – you had to get up and dance?
This happened to me today…..it was one of Justin Timberlake’s songs. I stepped out of my kitchen, into my living room and boogied down!
Have you ever done that? Do you remember how you felt? I can almost guarantee that you felt 110% better than before you boogied down (I know I did
). In my opinion, here’s why:

So next time you’re feeling blue or stuck in some way, grab your favorite tunes, kick off your shoes and start to dance! And if you can’t dance for some reason, tap your toes, stomp your feet, snap your fingers or bob your head. You will feel so much better after and your stuckness will start shifting to life-enhancing-high-energy-vibin’ creativity! Wihoo!
