I just put on the TV as I was making my breakfast and the show that was on is called The Dr.’s. I’ve watched bits and pieces of this show before as I prepared breakfast in the past, but I had to sit down and listen to them when I heard them talking about the ‘S’ word………STRESS!

Did you ever plan an event or say yes to someone who asked you to do something for them and totally regret it afterwards? We all have probably done this at some point in our lives. We end up changing our whole schedule just to fit something in. Then if we really didn’t want to do it in the first place, we just get irritated. Meditation – Not Just For Yogis

When I was younger and heard the word ‘meditation’, an image of some old man sitting Indian style on the floor with a long beard wearing a turban and a robe, chanting Ohhhmmmm would form in my mind and I thought only strange people did that sort of thing.
