It’s been a while since I chose a new spirit card, (learn more about the spirit card journeys here) from my Spirit Card Deck. The last word that was chosen for me was ‘seek’. Once a word is chosen, I put it on one of those standing photograph holders on my desk, so it’s visible and I can reflect on it daily. I guess the reason I kept that one for so long was that it related so much to what was going on in my life in the past few months.

Spirit Card Journeys……I will FEEL

My Spirit Card Journeys continue and today I chose from the I WILL cards and the card that showed itself was FEEL.
I do find it amazing each time I choose a card how it corresponds with what’s happening in my life at that moment. I’ve been practicing a lot lately on integrating my feelings and emotions and have gone through one round of The Presence Process, which I plan on doing another round very soon.
Going through The Presence Process helped me gain much more present moment awareness...
