Feet Picker-Upper

My feet were a little achy today – could have been from all the walking I did in NYC- and needed a little pick-me-up.
I massaged a little Arnica & St. Johns Massage Oil – to which I added a drop of organic peppermint essential oil (for the picker-upper part) on my feet and now they feel so much better. I put a pair of socks on so the oil could penetrate my feet better, or maybe it’s so I wouldn’t end up ice-skating on my wooden floors!

All About the Breath

Today I decided to follow my breath and allow it to guide me in my workout. It turned out to be a great one too!
