Juicing Works! Well, the cholesterol results are in, and can I tell you, I am so ecstatic right now! In mid November, I explained how I started a new eating pattern in hopes to bring my cholesterol down. I have to say I am extremely happy with the results – they are better than I ever expected them to be, wihoo! Still Juicing…….check this one out!

Hey All……..yes, I’m still juicing…..about 2-3 times a week. I had to share this concoction with you..……have to admit, it wasn’t one of my favorite tasting ones (think it was possibly because I added too many veggies? not sure) anyway………. If the way I felt today is from this juice I drank yesterday and today, well then I will be making this concoction lots more! Or it could be the other concoction I’ve created (not from the juicer)...
