We all experience stress throughout the year, but it can be amped up to a mega-level around the holidays.
In my own experience, and from what I see go on around me, stress is the major cause of many ailments. I don’t believe the holidays were meant to be this stressful, do you?

Recently, I’ve been thinking about juicing again and then I watched this video (which is pretty funny if you have a couple minutes to check it out) and the video inspired me to juice:

So there’s the picture of my juicing smoothie concoction I just made and drank. Here’s what I put in it:
Kale
Spinach
1 Garlic clove
Ginger
Carrots
Apples

I’ve been on a spinach kick for the past few months. I’ve come to find it’s so easy to add this power-house veggie to practically any meal.
Spinach is loaded with nutrients including iron, vit. K, vit. A, folate, magnesium, vit. C, vit. B2, calcium, potassium and lots more. I buy fresh, organic baby spinach and clean the amount I’ll need for each meal.
