Living to 100

Would you like to live to 100 years old?  I guess I wouldn’t mind it if I were in decent shape, health-wise.  I was given an article this weekend by someone and it’s called, ‘living healthy to 100.’ It’s a title that intrigued me so I read the entire article.  The simple lifestyle practices that were common to these centenarians that lived in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula that were described in this article didn’t surprise me too much.  But it did remind...
