I started practicing yoga in 2000. Little did I know how much it would impact my life other than keeping my body in shape. It’s so much more than exercise. Yoga teaches patience, acceptance, awareness, mindfulness and an appreciation of life. It strengthens and enhances the mind-body-spirit connection if you let it and are open to it.
