So many people say they don’t have time (me included) for this or that - this or that being working out, eating healthy, seeing family and friends, reading, or whatever this or that is for you. My Dog-Walking Workout

I walk my dog twice a day and I also workout 4-5 times a week. I mix up my workouts between yoga, weights, walking, dancing and whatever else comes to mind for me in the moment.
