Mindful Moment Check-In

I invite you to take a moment out right now and mindfully check in with your body. Stop what you’re doing and bring your awareness into your body. Start by taking in a nice deep breath. Now notice in your body, where you feel any tension or other sensations. Feel this without judging what it is or if it’s good or bad. All About the Breath

Today I decided to follow my breath and allow it to guide me in my workout. It turned out to be a great one too! First I got out my candle diffuser and chose Sweet orange, Lavender and Peppermint essential oils to diffuse into the air to inspire my workout. I usually choose my essential oils by intuition, allowing what flows into my mind to be the essential oils that I choose. Me Time

Lately I’ve been having some restless nights thus not sleeping as well. I’ve been a little draggy during the day, having a hard time starting projects and then, of course the body comes into play and throws my digestion off.
