Health Benefits of Yoga

I started practicing yoga in 2000. Little did I know how much it would impact my life other than keeping my body in shape. It’s so much more than exercise. Feels So Darn Good!

I just came back from getting a massage and every time I get one, I don’t understand why more people don’t get them done. In my opinion, getting a massage (and/or reflexology) is one of the best therapies for your mind, body and spirit.
