Step Out of Your Tent

Have you set up camp in your head?
Do you know what’s happening from the neck down?
I invite you to step out and check out the surrounding area.
For many years I didn’t, but a few things that happened in my life had me take a closer look. And I’m glad I did.
So step out of your tent and take a journey into your body. You can start by taking in a deep breath and letting it go.
What do you notice?
Are there parts of you that feel alive, dead or stagnant? Just notice. Put your attention on different parts of your body and just notice what shows up for you. Go ahead, take a couple minutes now and journey through your body….
So how do you begin to to enliven your body and squeeze out any stagnation that exists?
How about getting up and moving? Go for a walk. Stretch. Dance. Give yourself a hand or foot massage. Mindfully create and sip a fresh cup of tea….or a healthy meal.
