Q. What is a ‘discovery session’?
A. A discovery session is when we chat either by phone or by skype where I ask you a few questions that will help me design a custom guided meditation to fit your unique needs. This is the fun part where we get to explore the area in your life that you want to improve or amp up to the next level.
Q. How long is the custom guided meditation?
A. The length of the custom guided meditation is something we will discuss in our discovery session. It can be any where from 15-30 minutes depending on your needs and what suits you best.
Q. In what format will I receive the custom guided meditation?
A. You will receive the meditation in an mp3 format. Once you download the meditation, you can put it on an iPod or other mp3 player or listen to it directly from your computer.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my Love Bucket custom created guided meditation?
A. This is a new service I am offering and as of right now, I plan on getting your meditation to you within 2 weeks from the time we have our discovery session. This timing may change in the future depending on the number of requests I receive.
