I am participating in #Trust30, an online initiative and 30-day writing challenge that encourages you to look within and trust yourself.

Oh yes, I signed up because it WILL be a challenge for me to write for 30 days consecutively, but it’s a challenge I want to accomplish so here it is, day 2 and still going!

If ‘the voyage of the best ship is a zigzag line of a hundred tacks,’ then it is more genuine to be present today than to recount yesterdays. How would you describe today using only one sentence? Tell today’s sentence to one other person. Repeat each day.

Today I practice to BE, in my own skin, and out of my own skin, BEing aware of judgments, attachments and resistances, knowing that the voices in my head, the ego, are not ME, allowing this noticing to caress my soul and the souls around me.
