Refresh & Hydrate

I’ve been loving this new water concoction I’ve been drinking and wanted to share it with you.
Use organic ingredients if you can.
Fill up a pitcher with spring water.
Add a couple slices of cucumber.
Add a couple slices of lemon.
Add a couple chunks of fresh ginger.
Let it sit for a bit and then drink all day long!
Refreshing, cooling and hydrating!
