Reflexology Potent Point for Anxiety Relief

Here’s a reflexology point on the foot that you can massage when you are experiencing anxiety.
It’s called the Solar Plexus reflex and you can see where it is in the picture to the left. It’s the round yellow spot in the picture.
If you can’t see the picture well, you can curl your toes in and scrunch your foot, the solar plexus reflex is the center point in the middle of that scrunched area. Another way to find it is if you divide your foot into thirds between the base of your toes and your heels, the solar plexus point is along the line where the first and middle third meet.
It’s located in the same area on both feet. So massage that point on each foot one at a time for anxiety relief.
Be mindful and put all your attention on the point as you massage it. Take in a few nice deep belly breaths as you massage this point.
This is also a very relaxing ritual to do before going to bed………..and a great way to incorporate self care into your day.
