Mindful Moment Check-In

I invite you to take a moment out right now and mindfully check in with your body.
Stop what you’re doing and bring your awareness into your body.
Start by taking in a nice deep breath.
Now notice in your body, where you feel any tension or other sensations. Feel this without judging what it is or if it’s good or bad. Just feel the sensation and allow it to be – be theĀ space for that sensation to rest in.
Stay here, feeling and breathing for a few moments.
Take in another deep inhale and exhale. Smile
. And thank yourself for taking the time out for a little being-ness to occur in your day!
Once you get the hang of this, you can do it any time during your day and even close your eyes to invite in a little more stillness.
