1. How do I place an order?

You may place your order online simply by adding desired items to our shopping cart. When you are done shopping, you may then checkout with our secure checkout process. 2. When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order is very important! Most products are downloads and you will receive an email with a link that will take you to where you can download your product(s). If you do not receive this email shortly after your order, please sent a note to gina@vedasun.com.

3. What is your return policy?

If you are anything less than totally happy with any of our products, let us know within 7 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Please email us at gina@vedasun.com concerning your return. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!

4. Is my information kept private?

All of your information is kept secure and private. We do not share, rent or sell any of your information gathered from this website to any 3rd parties. All payment information is processed securely through PayPal.

5. What are you shipping costs?

Most of VedaSun products are delivered via downloads. If there are any physical products created, you will be charged a shipping amount based on where the package is being sent to and the weight of your package.

6. What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and paypal payments securely and hassle free through Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD.
