My Juicing Concoction

Recently, I’ve been thinking about juicing again and then I watched this video (which is pretty funny if you have a couple minutes to check it out) and the video inspired me to juice:

So there’s the picture of my juicing smoothie concoction I just made and drank. Here’s what I put in it:
Kale
Spinach
1 Garlic clove
Ginger
Carrots
Apples
Even though I know garlic is healthy, I may just do 1/2 a clove next time – it kind of took over the overall taste.

A World of Webs ~ morning dew & sunshine expose spidey caves

A home for every spider…..I walked outside the other morning to throw out some trash in the garbage can and as I walked past this big tree-like bush that’s in the front of my house I caught the sight of some amazing spider webs! They were all over – little silk spun spidey homes – there must have been at least a dozen in this tree/bush thing and there was a little spider in the middle of each one.

I’ve heard and read about how good frozen grapes are. Well, I finally tried them – and now I think I’m addicted…..ok, not really addicted, but really, really enjoy them!

Popeye Said – ‘Eat Your Spinach’

I’ve been on a spinach kick for the past few months. I’ve come to find it’s so easy to add this power-house veggie to practically any meal.
Spinach is loaded with nutrients including iron, vit. K, vit. A, folate, magnesium, vit. C, vit. B2, calcium, potassium and lots more. I buy fresh, organic baby spinach and clean the amount I’ll need for each meal.
