Here’s a great remedy if you get a minor burn. Ask me how I know! Let’s just say I had to come up with something to ease a burn I got on all my fingertips on my right hand a while back and it worked. Now I keep a little bottle of this handy in the refrigerator just in case. Plus, I’ve had a lot of clients come in the salon with curling iron burns – try this, it will help.

To a 1 ounce bottle add 15 drops of organic or wild harvested Lavender essential oil to an ounce of aloe vera gel (I get organic aloe vera gel at a local health shop). Shake well. Keep in the refrigerator. Apply as often as needed to the burn area. If it’s more than a minor burn, you better get it checked out.

This will help relieve minor sunburns and insect bites too.
