It’s day 28! I was in the city this weekend and decided not to pressure myself to do the last two prompts that were for this weekend. And I’m giving mySelf permission to come back to them and write about them another day .

When did you feel most alive recently? Where were you? What did you smell? What sights and sounds did you experience? Capture that moment on paper and recall that feeling. Then, when it’s time to create something, read your own words to reclaim a sense of being to motivate you to complete a task at hand.

I felt most alive recently just this past weekend. I was in NYC Saturday and Sunday for the coaching program I am taking. It was a total blast. It was the most invigorating weekend of all the coaching in-person weekend classes so far. I can’t believe I’ve been through more than half the course already!

The sights were all of my coaching class peers and I envisioning our businesses and the people we will be serving. It was discovering each of our uniqueness and what we bring to our coaching. It was calling out the power of each one of us and how we will plan to take action in developing our businesses.

It was amazing!
