Afterthoughts about Non-Judgment (after the call)

Hola gorgeous!

The call last night about non-judgment really ingrained deeper into my BEing how significant it is to have awareness about when we judge. My friend, Olivera, and I really saw, with clear eyes, how judgment leads to drama and how much we really do not want this drama in our lives.

You know what replaces drama?

Freedom!

And I much rather feel free, then feel the anguish of being engulfed in drama.
