VedaSun’s Vision

A little background about VedaSun.

I love my business name, VedaSun! It has great meaning to me. First of all, my husband helped design the logo. The lotus-like flower you see in the middle of the sun-like image is a doodle he drew one day and he showed it to me and I loved it. So I hired a graphic designer and he designed the logo around that image.

Secondly, there was no coincidence that this name ended up becoming the name of my business. I knew I wanted ‘Veda’ in it because Veda means ‘knowledge’ in Sanskrit (and I am a huge fan of Ayurveda – ayur means ‘life’ and veda means ‘knowledge’). And I love the SUN – it’s the biggest star and is a source and giver of light – an amazing Luminary!

So what my business name, VedaSun, has come to mean to me is I gather the knowledge and invite in the energy and warm vibes of the sun in order to inspire others on their empowering, challenging journey of Self-discovery.

Aromatherapy is more than just nice smells. When we use essential oils, the true essence or plant energy engages your energy, connecting it and you in a synchronistic dance.

You can’t smell a scent and not be in the present moment.

If you smell a luscious, fragrant flower, your thoughts subside during those few seconds you are experiencing that scent. The same thing happens when you smell an undesirable scent such as the odor of a skunk. The more you consciously use your senses on a daily basis, with full awareness, the more you tap into the power of the present moment. Incorporating your other sense perceptions such as sight, touch, taste and hearing along with your sense of smell further propels you to maximize your experience and become one with life.

With awareness you bring more clarity and less clutter into your life. Along with this comes the awakening of who you truly are and what it is that makes you feel truly alive and vibrant.

What I bring to VedaSun is my own, unique life experiences and my ongoing inner journey.

My being is what differentiates me from the energy of other companies. My strength is that what I share is what has allowed me to go from anxiety to a place of peace, joy and balance.

Aromatherapy has played a major role in this journey.

The most important thing I can do for myself, and thus for everyone, is to awaken. I hope you will join me on this journey of transformation.
