Lemongrass

Here’s a few tid-bits about Lemongrass – an essential oil that is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

~ Scent – fresh, grassy lemon-type aroma

~ Uplifting and antidepressant

~ Excellent for the immune system and circulation

~ Assists with headache relief

~ Repels insects

~ Used in soaps and massage oils

~ Can grow up to 6 feet high

~ Known to assist with swelling and fluid retention

I use Lemongrass in both my Wild Honey & Lemongrass Body Scrub and in my Moisturizing Body Bar scent, Wild Grass. I feel like it’s a great detoxifying and rejuvenating essential oil. You can check them out here.
