A Lesson On Lemongrass
First Listed February 10, 2009

Here’s a few tid-bits about Lemongrass – an essential oil that is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
~ Scent – fresh, grassy lemon-type aroma
~ Uplifting and antidepressant
~ Excellent for the immune system and circulation
~ Assists with headache relief
~ Repels insects
~ Used in soaps and massage oils
~ Can grow up to 6 feet high
~ Known to assist with swelling and fluid retention
I use Lemongrass in both my Wild Honey & Lemongrass Body Scrub and in my Moisturizing Body Bar scent, Wild Grass. I feel like it’s a great detoxifying and rejuvenating essential oil. You can check them out here.
