Here’s a simple Aromatherapy tip for you. Before packing your suitcase/bag when going on a trip, put a couple drops of Lavender (or your favorite essential oil-one that makes you smile)  on a couple cotton balls and stick them in a side pocket or corner of your suitcase, then pack. The Little Gremlins Are Trying To Take Me Over!
