There’s something to this Energy stuff

As I said in my last post, I fell on Thursday. Had a hard time sleeping Thursday night and woke up in quite a bit of pain so I decided to go to the emergency room to get x-rays. (I tried to go to an orthopedic in my health insurance plan, but after 3 hours of being on the phone trying to contact doctors, get an appt., find out what I’m covered for with 2 phone calls to my insurance plan and getting complicated answers and no appts available for at least another week…..oi vey….that...

Another Opportunity to Practice Acceptance

I just got to my salon, went upstairs to put my food in the refrig, bags down etc. Came downstairs and while coming off the last step onto the styling room floor, I fell. I slipped on something that shouldn’t have been there, but that doesn’t matter now. It happened and the opportunity arises to accept the situation. The first thoughts that passed through my mind: ….’can’t believe that just happened’ ….’I just started back to working out after 10 days...

Sassy Strawberry Smoothie

Here’s today lunch! It was so good I wanted to share it with you. Anosmia ~ Losing your ability to stop and smell the flowers
