Are You A Human Thinking?

I know we are called human beings, but it seems like we ‘think’ more than ‘be’. Why is this? Even after all the practicing I do to stay in the present moment, I still catch myself drifting off in thought-land of what I’ll be doing in an hour, or tomorrow, or caught up in what I’ve done in the past. I guess I just have to keep on practicing!
I’m grateful that I am now more aware of what thoughts I am thinking. That’s the first step -
