My Comment on ’20 Ways to Simplify Your Life in 15 Minutes’ from Alex Shalman

Posted on May 26, 2008 In personal growth

Alex Shalman writes some great posts at his Practical Personal Development blog. I just commented on his post, ’20 Ways to Simplify Your Life in 15 Minutes.’  It’s so true what he says about the human condition and that we are always striving for more. Posted on May 19, 2008 In personal growth

Would you like to live to 100 years old?  I guess I wouldn’t mind it if I were in decent shape, health-wise.  I was given an article this weekend by someone and it’s called, ‘living healthy to 100.’ It’s a title that intrigued me so I read the entire article.  The simple lifestyle practices that were common to these centenarians that lived in Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula that were described in this article didn’t surprise me too much.  But it did remind...

Posted on May 16, 2008 In personal growth

As some of you know, I am an Acutonics Provider. What that means is I use tuning forks in the healing therapies I perform (Reflexology and Rejuv-Aroma Facial sessions). Why Were They Running?

Posted on May 5, 2008 In personal growth

I went to cheer my friend on today who was running the NJ Marathon in Long Branch.  The race started at 7:30 am and I got there about 11:00 am.  I went up to the boardwalk to watch and cheer on the runners and wait for my friend to cruise by. As I was watching the runners I started really looking at their faces and their expressions.   There was a great cheering section where I was so as people went by, the cheerers would call out their name (which was on their tag which was pinned on their shirts),...
